01 / EQUIPMENT OVERVIEW

Product description

Cutting capacity
The MT-50/50/250S reference table lists a maximum height of 500 mm, throat of 500 mm and length of 2500 mm. Confirm how these dimensions apply to the intended workpiece.

Blade and drive
Listed blade speed is 29–68 m/min, with a 4680 × 41 × 1.3 mm blade. Carbide and bearing guides, a wire brush, flood coolant and manual tensioning are described. The reference blade motor is 3 kW, six-pole; the coolant motor is 40 W.

Workholding and control
The source lists hydraulic feed movement and manual workholding. Guide-arm upper/lower limits are manually adjustable. A travel switch is mentioned under feed-speed setting, which requires clarification. Tool in/out movement uses a servo motor, with infrared tool setting.
