01 / EQUIPMENT OVERVIEW

Product description

Welding process
Laser energy heats a local area and forms a molten pool through heat conduction. Listed processes include spot, butt, lap and sealing welds. Welding speed, quality and post-processing depend on the material, joint and settings and must be checked by trials.

Controls and cooling
The source describes output control that permits emission when the head contacts metal, water cooling and a touchscreen for power, frequency and process settings. This interlock description does not replace a laser-safety assessment. The equipment is described as Class IV; appropriate safeguards and compliance documentation require supplier confirmation.

Gun and wire feeding
The reference handheld gun weighs 900 g. Listed options include a 10 m or 15 m cable, a cable holder and an automatic wire feeder. Confirm the delivered cable length and configuration.

Component and model review
RAYCUS or MAX sources and an industrial chiller are listed. The page title describes 1000 W/1500 W, while the table names RF-C-100W/RF-C-1500W. The original model text is retained; RF-C-100W has not been silently rewritten as RF-C-1000W. Power, certification and delivery configuration require approved documentation.
