Product description
Processes and materials
The reference machine makes V, U and other grooves before sheet bending. Listed materials include stainless steel, aluminum, copper and iron, plus plastics, wood, acrylic and other specialty sheets. Nonmetal applications need separate tool/process validation.
Structure and operation
The welded steel-plate frame supports CNC operation, automatic clamping and release. The tool moves while the sheet remains in place. Quick-change tooling, a three-tool arrangement and removable front support arms are described for different workpieces.
Drives and performance
Servo motors provide position control. Low-noise/low-vibration statements in the source have no measurement conditions. HK-series width, length, thickness, axis speed and positioning data are maintained by model in the tables.
