01 / EQUIPMENT OVERVIEW
Two-in-one decoiling and straightening
The ULA reference arrangement combines a decoiler and straightener for hot-rolled, cold-rolled, aluminum, stainless and selected nonmetal coil materials. Manual or hydraulic mandrel expansion centers the coil. The described nonmotorized decoiler and motorized straightener use eleven rolls: seven straightening rolls and four pinch rolls. The introduction lists 0.5–3.0 mm thickness. Upper/lower roll gaps are individually adjusted with handwheels and indicators. Heat-treated alloy-steel rolls are hard-chrome plated and precision-ground.
ULA options
Listed options include hydraulic expansion, AC-motor decoiling, inverter-controlled decoiling, a pneumatic hold-down arm and inverter-controlled straightening. Japanese contactors and electronic components are mentioned, but actual brands require confirmation. Application-specific arrangements can be assessed.
NCF servo feeding
The 40Cr feed rolls are machined, heat-treated, chrome-plated and ground, with source hardness HRC58–60. Precision gearing and closed-loop feedback are described for a reference feed accuracy of ±0.03 mm. Optional phased feeding accepts twenty length groups and up to 999 strokes per group. Manual mode provides three speeds. Feed length is entered on the control screen; release angle is coordinated with the cam signal and material thickness.
Three-in-one reference arrangement
Listed equipment includes photoelectric loop control, outgoing-strip support, hold-down arms, worm-screw feed-height adjustment, indicated leveling handwheels, decoiler braking/pneumatics, inverter control and chrome-finished feed/straightening rolls. Options include a hydraulic coil cart, manual/electric lubrication and a hydraulic cutter.
Range verification
The source combines ULA, NCF and NC series information. Its introductory 0.5–3.0 mm range and the 0.5–6.0 mm range in parts of the table must not be treated as one confirmed capability. Verify each decoiling, leveling and feeding unit separately.
02 / SPECIFICATIONS
Reference specifications from the source. Labels, unit notation and table structure have been standardized without changing numeric data. Items marked Verify require a confirmed technical datasheet.
