01 / EQUIPMENT OVERVIEW

Product description

Structure and materials
The reference design uses a welded steel frame with vibration aging and whole-frame thermal aging. The HT200 cast-iron bolster and flywheel are annealed. The one-piece forged crankshaft is inspected, surface-hardened and nitrided. The ductile-iron connecting rod is normalized. The ball head and screw use nitrided 45-grade steel, and the balance-cylinder bore is honed. The source descriptions of worm and worm-wheel materials may be reversed and require confirmation against the parts list.

Manufacturing and assembly
The source describes turning followed by approximately seven hours of grinding for each crankshaft. Frame manufacture includes plasma cutting, edge preparation, welding, shot blasting and painting. CNC floor-type boring and milling equipment is used for frame machining, and NILES equipment is described for gear grinding. Numbered ram assemblies support assembly traceability.

Controls and components
Reference components include TECO inverters and motors, TACO double-solenoid valves, an OMPI clutch, KINGAIR overload protection, NSK bearings, NOK seals, Schneider contactors and electrical components, 3A air-treatment components and MaoYi fasteners. Brands, origins and suitability for each machine must be confirmed in the technical agreement. The source descriptions do not establish certification for the equipment offered here.

Operation and protection
Variable-speed control supports die installation, trial operation and maintenance. The hydraulic overload pump relieves pressure when ram loading exceeds the set limit. PLC-controlled grease lubrication supplies the guideways and crankshaft bearing bushes. The clutch and brake control ram movement and stopping. Reference features include a digital die-height indicator, pressure gauges and a motorized ram adjustment. The source lists approximate pressures of 0.4 MPa for the overload pump, 0.6 MPa for the clutch and brake, and 0.4 MPa for the balancer. These figures are reference descriptions, not commissioning setpoints.

Interface and options
A multilingual touchscreen displays strokes per minute, electronic cam angles and other parameters. The source also illustrates an APA-110 control enclosure and an optional two-hand operating panel. The intended two-hand function requires simultaneous operation of both buttons; the actual safety function must be confirmed through machine design and safety assessment. Optional pricing requires a separate quotation.

Selection notes
Confirm the model, stroke, bolster dimensions and configuration against the tooling, material and production cycle. Some source model headings and tonnage sequences appear inconsistent; the original values are retained and flagged for verification.

02 / SPECIFICATIONS

Technical specifications

Reference specifications from the source. Labels, unit notation and table structure have been standardized without changing numeric data. Items marked Verify require a confirmed technical datasheet.

Some source model-to-capacity or thickness mappings appear inconsistent. Values remain in their original columns and must be checked against an approved datasheet.
